While some folks love to go bravely out into the early morning frigid temperatures to watch the stars wheel & blaze above the mountains I already do plenty of early up and out for work so, nah. Back to the light lab table and the shiny toys! Here's one that held me up for a minute this morning. Macro lens on shallow aperture to lose the background details. Pretty colors bounce around the blank glass prism and make it new every minute as the sun moves...
Color PaletteI am always looking for new shiny translucent colors to add to the light lab table. These are some of my favorite toys to use in the light lab, acrylic building blocks from Green Elephant. Sure they're for babies and toddlers but I have always been a child at heart and these blocks are so beautiful to sort, stack and handle!
We just wake up like this.....Snow days were a great excuse to just laze about in the house in front of the fire. We have some very good instructors when it comes to being lazy and waking up cute!
Chick in a HoodMy sweet friend Courtney wanted to make sure I would be warm this winter and gave me this awesome hoodie! It keeps out the pushiest wind and keeps you toasty. Was happy to take it for a test drive during our snow this weekend. Worked like a charm!
